To protect the intellectual property of Jieqi and its users, we publish this notice. Our content spans multiple types and sources, all licensed or properly attributed under law.

1. Content Ownership

Original: Jieqi owns full rights to our original text, images, design, code, and media.
Quoted: Third-party materials (e.g., classics, poems, folklore) are licensed or fair use with attribution.
User content: You manage rights to your submissions but license us to use them within the service.

2. Permitted Use

You may read content for personal, non-commercial study. Without written consent, do not: commercially copy/repost; mirror the site; scrape; create derivative works or re-publish; use in paid products/services. Violations may incur civil and criminal liability.

3. Fair Citation Rules

For academic/news/teaching citation, follow fair use: include full source URL and author; do not alter meaning or use for promotion; keep quotes reasonable (typically under 30% of the work). Contact us if unsure.

4. Third-party Content Scope

5. UGC Management

6. Infringement Claims Process

Timing: We prelim-review within 3 business days and decide within 7 (remove, modify, or deny).
Counter notice: If you believe removal was mistaken, send a counter notice; we re-evaluate within 10 business days.

7. Disclaimers and Limits

For third-party claims arising from unauthorized reuse by users, those users are fully responsible; Jieqi bears no legal or financial liability. We strive for lawful content but do not absolutely guarantee accuracy/completeness; use at your own risk.
